About Executive Chef Olivier Pistre
Executive Chef Olivier Pistre worked more than 20 years in Michelin Stars Restaurants, he started pursuing his culinary passion in his hometown . Following his graduation from the patisserie division in France, Chef Pistre started his professional cooking journey. Offering distinctive gastronomic experiences, Chef Pistre is mastered in world cuisine and has several years of experience at Michelin-starred restaurants under his belt. Before his transfer to Istanbul from Shangri-La Hotel Paris, the French chef had the chance to work with some Michelin-starred chefs such as Christian Willer, Gerard Garrigues, Philippe Labbé and many more. His education and experience, combined with his innovation brings refined dishes without changing the authentic taste. He continues his journey in Istanbul, Hong- Kong And Kuala-Lumpur where he features “farm to table” dishes at Shangri-La Bosphorus, Istanbul, thanks to the quality of local Organics products and rich variety of produce Mother Nature offers. His love for adding creative touches to traditional food enriches the international flavours that truly bring a fascinating and unique dining experience.
